We are pleased to share that our portfolio company, Plotify, has raised a $12.5M Series A funding round, to continue democratizing the single-family rental market.
Investors in the round include StageDotO, Celox, Forum Ventures, Ahimsa Capital, Stormbreaker, Venture Catalysts, LendEast, and Capital Eleven.
Plotify is a digital platform that provides full and direct single-family rental (SFR) ownership opportunities to global investors at scale. The startup's mission is to reinvent property investing by creating a frictionless, transparent and full-service management experience that allows broader access to a previously restrictive asset class. With Plotify, investors can instantly own an entire residential property outright, complete with a pre-leased tenant, property manager, insurance and financing. Using this portfolio management system, Plotify effectively reduces the SFR ownership process from months to minutes. Customers can also onboard their existing assets to the platform.
With the new capitalization, founder and CEO Anish Malhotra says the Plotify platform will be rolled out to an increasingly larger pool of accredited investors on their waitlist from around the world. Also increasing is the inventory of properties in the U.S. using Plotify's proprietary data-driven algorithms for location and asset selection, and risk scoring assets.
