Dave currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of St. Luke’s Health System, based in Boise, Idaho.

Prior to that, Dave was Senior Vice President and Regional Director of Idaho for PacificSource Health Plans. Dave joined Oregon-based PacificSource in August 2009 after it acquired Primary Health Inc., where he was President and Chief Operating Officer.

Dave’s extensive background in the healthcare and employee benefits field includes 12 years with Regence Blue Shield of Idaho/Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Utah, where he served as vice president of sales and marketing.

He has experience working with technology companies to develop healthcare practices and key partner relationships with companies including Microsoft, Accenture, Deloitte Consulting and IBM Global Services. Dave has also served on a number of boards of directors of for-profit businesses and non-profit organizations.
